Study tours program

Our Study tours program offer groups of overseas students and adults a unique educational experience that includes visiting schools, participating in classes, school activities and special events conducted in the school or local community.

There are two different types of study tours – Student Groups and Adult Groups and each tour can be tailored to the interests and needs of each group.

How to book a study tour

The Study tours team coordinates study tour groups into our schools. Bookings should be made through a study tour agent that is registered with DE International (see below) - although official delegations, such as government officials, may like to contact our team first to discuss.

Note: Agents or study tour groups should not contact schools directly to book a program.

Study tours are very popular, so it's important to plan ahead. Please all allow 12 weeks if you are also keen on a homestay program.

You can use our Itinerary builder to plan a study tour. It can generate an itinerary that can be submitted with your application form.

Agents can submit an online or paper form to apply:

NB: Chrome browser users using the Paper Form option must click the link to download the form. Once the form has been downloaded save the document to your computer and complete it. Once completed click the SUBMIT button within the form to finalise the process.
