South Western Sydney Institute is located in the south western area of the Sydney metropolitan area. It has over 72,000 students (both local and international) studying at 10 different campuses.

South Western Sydney Institute is situated in one of Sydney's most vibrant and culturally diverse areas and one of the fastest growing regions in Australia. It offers students an affordable lifestyle for study, work and recreation, with many accommodation options.
There are many mosques, temples, churches and meditation centres which cater for the religious and spiritual needs of international students.
Campuses are located close to public transport and are well-connected by buses and trains.
TAFE NSW Institutes now offer degree courses. Additionally, a number of TAFE NSW Diploma-to-Degree courses lead to university degree programs at University of Western Sydney. There are six University of Western Sydney campuses within easy travelling distance from TAFE NSW campuses.
